LONDON (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock markets futures on Monday made a fleeting advance on hopes that Israel's military offensive against Lebanon may soon end, though the gains were quickly wiped out in the absence of official confirmation. Citigroup's tepid earnings growth also was a focus.
