HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Sony Corp. said Thursday first-quarter profit more than doubled on a weaker yen and higher sales of LCD televisions, but the electronics giant left its full-year profit forecast unchanged, saying it was "more cautious about the business environment for the remainder of the fiscal year."
