Ryanair to sue European Union over state aid to rival carriers

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Ryanair Holdings Plc, Europe's largest low-cost airline, said Tuesday it plans to sue the European Commission for its failure to investigate complaints about state aid to national carriers including Air France-KLM and Deutsche Lufthansa.
