ITASCA, IL (MARKET WIRE) First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FMBI) announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.295 per share on May 16, 2007. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on July 17, 2007 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2007 and represents the 98th consecutive quarterly dividend distribution since the Company's formation in 1983.
