LAKE FOREST, IL (MARKET WIRE) CNH said the Kansas National Guard today began hauling skid steer loaders and related equipment from the company's plant in Wichita, Kan., about 90 miles west to tornado-stricken Greensburg, Kan., where it will be used in a massive cleanup effort.
