SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Yahoo Inc. was active in Friday evening's after-hours session in the wake of a report that key changes may be on the way for its partnership with AT&T, and United Community Banks Inc. ranked as the busiest stock ahead of its addition to a Standard & Poor's index.
