LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Anglo-Dutch steelmaker Corus Group on Friday accepted a 4.3 billion pound ($8 billion) takeover bid from India's Tata Steel, foreshadowing the creation of the world's fifth-largest steel producer, though investors held out hopes for a better offer.
