TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) MM Asset Management Inc. ("MMAM") announced that one fund it manages and advises, MMCAP International Inc. SPC ("MMCAP") has acquired 132,800 common shares (the "Shares") of Tyler Resources Inc. ("Tyler") since a take-over bid for all of the outstanding common shares of Tyler ("Common Shares") was filed by Jinchuan Resources Ltd. with the securities regulatory authorities on February 4, 2008. The Shares were acquired through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.
