TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Altus Group Income Fund ("Altus Group") (TSX: AIF.UN) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Ontario-based HealthTrust Canada ULC, ("HealthTrust"). Altus Group financed this acquisition through a combination of cash, bank financing, the assumption of certain liabilities and limited partnership units.
