("Mistral") (OTCBB: MILV) today jointly announced their execution of a Binding Term Sheet with Mistral Ventures, Inc. ("Term Sheet") whereby Mistral has agreed to finance on a best efforts basis a minimum of $2,000,000 but no more than $7,000,000 towards the financing required by Trustcash under the Definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger") between Trustcash and Paivis.
