FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (MARKET WIRE) Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. ("UIH") (AMEX: UVE), a vertically integrated insurance holding company, announced today that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock.
