TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) TD Split Inc. (TSX: TDS.B)(TSX: TDS.PR.B) announced today that it has declared a quarterly dividend on its Preferred Shares of $0.298563 per Preferred Share and on its Capital Shares of $0.20 per Capital Share. The Capital Share dividend has been set based on the current level of dividend income on the Portfolio Shares and on the currently anticipated level of operating expenses for TD Split Inc. The dividends are payable on February 15, 2008 to holders of record on February 1, 2008.
