DALLAS, TX (MARKET WIRE) The Cirrus Group is proud to announce their plans to develop Bluebonnet Medical Plaza in Ennis, Texas. With completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2008, Bluebonnet Medical Plaza will consist of 30,000 square feet of medical office space and will include a 10,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center developed and operated by Alliance Surgery of Atlanta, Georgia.
